Internationally acclaimed singer/harpist Siobhan Owen was born in North Wales and moved to Australia with her family when she was 2 years old. Being Welsh on her dad's side and Irish on her mum's, she is very proud of her Celtic heritage. Best known for her Celtic / folk singing, she also enjoys singing in other genres including classical, pop and jazz.

Siobhan received classical voice training from the age of 9 until she graduated from Adelaide University's Elder Conservatorium with a Bachelor of Music (Vocal performance and pedagogy). She has performed as a soloist in many shows, concerts, festivals and events around Australia and overseas - including UK, Ireland, Europe, US, Japan and Siberia. With a love of languages, Siobhan sings in the Celtic languages of Welsh, Irish, Scottish, Manx, Cornish and Breton.

In 2021 Siobhan collaborated with Welsh language brother and sister band "Siddi", organised by the National Celtic Festival of Australia and the Welsh National Eisteddfod. They worked on two songs, one written by Siobhan in Welsh and recorded with her voice and harp. The songs were premiered at the 2022 Welsh National Eisteddfod.

As well as performing Siobhan also teaches voice, harp and piano, passing on her musical knowledge to the next generation. She has released 4 albums to date, including the award winning "Storybook Journey" and "Entwined" albums. She has plans for her next album, when funds allow.
