Women aged 18 and over who are new to Hypopressives or if you are familiar with the basics and looking for a refresher with progression to full Level 1 Flows, through standing, kneeling, seated and supine postures.

What are Hypopressives?
Hypopressive exercise offers a gentle and holistic approach to enhancing core, pelvic floor & overall health, suitable for individuals of all ages, sizes, shapes, and fitness levels. The Hypopressive method combines rhythmic breathwork with postural holds to engage, coordinate, and strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles. Before signing up, it's important to review the specific health considerations below.
